Monkeyboy takes home 3rd at first Australian titles appearance!

The weather was a bit of a mix with rain one moment and brilliant sunshine the next. The one constant was the gale force winds.

A wet track for the second practice session proved tricky and ended up with a lowside at the exit from turn 4 and some unintentional adjustment of the steering geometry.

Callum proved consistent in all 4 races with some really tough competition coming 3rd in race 1, 2nd in race 2 & 3rd in race 3 & 4. He really picked up the pace in the races on Sunday coming in hard in the later stages of the races with a great recovery from a near highside in the 2nd last lap of race 3 on the exit of turn 3!

Dad couldn't wedge the trophy out of his hands even when he stopped for Macca's on the way home for dinner. He's currently planning his assault on the 2009 Australian titles series.
